About Me 

Hi, I’m Sydney Rodee! I’m a passionate photographer who loves capturing life’s most beautiful moments. I’m originally from Portland, OR, but I found my heart in Utah. It was here that I met a wonderful Utah boy, and together, we built our life. I supported him through vet school, and today, he’s Dr. Rodee. We share a love for animals and pets, which has played a huge role in both my personal and professional life.

I’m also the proud mom of two amazing boys, and they are the driving force behind everything I do. I started my photography business because I wanted to create something meaningful not only for myself but also as an example for my children. I wanted to show them that you can follow your dreams, work hard, and build something you’re truly passionate about.

In addition to being a photographer, I graduated from Utah State University with a dual degree in Marketing and Business Administration, which gave me the skills to take my passion for photography and turn it into a full-time business. I officially made the leap in 2019, and it’s been the most rewarding journey of my life.

Photography has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember—since elementary school, in fact. I’ve always loved telling stories through photos and preserving special moments in time. It’s such a gift to be able to freeze beautiful memories so they can be cherished for a lifetime. I’m passionate about capturing the essence of each individual or family, and my goal is to help you tell your unique story through my lens.

Outside of my photography business, I’m a huge animal lover, and I have a special fondness for sloths. Their calm, cute demeanor is a reminder to me to slow down and appreciate the simpler things in life. Whether it’s spending time with my boys, supporting my husband, or capturing a family’s most important milestones, I believe that life’s magical moments should always be remembered.
